Once Chaniece arrived at Penn State, she was eager to begin her path to becoming a Psychologist, but about halfway through her freshman year, she realized fitness was a huge passion of hers. Chaniece had always been an athlete so this newfound passion just made sense. Due to her realization, she started to neglect school because it never felt right. She started to search around and found the Kinesiology major which had a Fitness Studies option. She took an anatomy class and immediately found her calling. Chaniece started training under the Strength and Conditioning staff on campus and found herself falling in love with watching people progress in their fitness journeys and helping them reach their goals. That’s where her desire for, not just fitness but, helping others find their health, strength and love for fitness, ignited. Chaniece is currently based in Los Angeles certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association with her CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist). She specializes in Strength and Conditioining (fat loss, muscle gain, weight maintance, flexibility training and injury rehabilitation) and Performance training (sports-specific and Olympic lifting). Chaniece has dedicated the last 6 years of her life to fitness and helping people and will continue to be a knowledgeable, technique driven coach striving for results.
